Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Houmous (how I spell it)

  1. Take food processor out of cupboard.
  2. Empty a tin of chick peas into a sieve, and rinse with cold water. Put chick peas into food 3. processor.
  3. Skin and very roughly chop 1 clove of garlic (I used 2, but I love garlic, and aren’t planning on kissing anyone). Add to food processor.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to food processor.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of tahini to food processor.
  6. Add juice of one lemon to food processor.
  7. Add half a teaspoon of paprika to food processor.
  8. Switch food processor on, and process until it looks about right.

Note - doesn’t work so well in a liquidiser - this is what I used, and I still had a few whole chick peas. Was still yummy though.
